I ordered a dozen cookies as a gift on Apr 29, 2016 at 8:02am EST and paid for 1-3 day shipping, I didn't get a confirmation that my order shipped until May 3, 2016 at 6:48pm. There are still no shipping details with USPS (which when I pay for extra shipping I like to think that companies use Fedex or UPS) and the whole point of paying for the expedited shipping was to get the cookies to my brother near his birthday. I would understand if the company wasn't in the same city as my recipient but in fact they are within 30 minutes. This is frustrating and a waste of additional money to try and get the cookies delivered on time. I can't speak to the product because they still haven't been delivered, but if you are looking to give a gift through this company.... look elsewhere
I started at 1 star because of the delivery issue. But management contacted me and were extremely gracious in attempting to rectify the problem. Thank you.September 18, 2016
