  Attention: Catherine Reynolds, asst manager Totem Lake Sheri's, Thank you for your your response to my second review of your restaurant. However the message you sent me got lost some where in outer space so I will try to answer your questions here. I am assuming it was Jimmy Yang as he was Asian. Did not get the name of the waitress but we were seated right of the cash register and it was about 4pm on Thursday the 23 of Feb. If you have been on maternity leave i hope through your direction cleanliness would improve. Aside from the condiments, the rest room drain between the 2 stalls was mostly plugged up with only 3 holes open. Good luck on getting back. Thank you again for your quick response.

  Good food and coffee without expensive prices. But mainly go for the good service and nice patrons. Just finished breakfast before work and a man kept dropping his cigarettes from his jacket pocket. Let him know a couple times that he had dropped them, introduced himself and said thank you. As I went to pay for my meal he proceeded to stop the waitress and pay my meal for me because I had let him know about his cigarettes dropping. Very kind man, I will be passing the niceness along today.
