  This used to be a 3 star rating but I've bumped it to 4 and feel compelled to explain why.
  The fried food is delicious.
  An establishment with "healthy" in the name should not be making delicious fried food but here it is. Order any of the fried items and you won't regret it.
  The waitstaff alternates between quiet and perky depending on who's serving but it is always attentive, prompt, and helpful. Prices are right in the middle of the "reasonable" range.
  
  Tip: the restaurant is currently located in the lower back of a hotel so may be hard to locate. Do not go into the main hotel lobby. Continue east around to the back and enter through the large double doors on the lower side of the east parking lot. Alta is pretty hard to miss from this entrance.
